We'll begin this tutorial, Coosing a decent image for the background. Make sure the foreground is white, then go ahead and choose the text tool.             |          ||||||||

I used "Romana BT" bold with a size of 90 pixels. Type "SWEET".  |          ||||||||

With the "Ctrl" key held in on the keyboard click on the text layer. This will put a selection around the text itself. Create a new layer. Choose white as the foreground and select the "Pencil Tool" at about 3 pixels. On the new layer you can highlight some areas of the text as I have done below.  |          ||||||||
