We'll begin this tutorial, by creating a new canvas at a size of 292 x 159. I chose 92c240 as the background color. Now unlock the background layer by double clicking the background layer in the Layers Palette and click OK. Then download this pattern.
Now right click on the background layer in the Layers Palette and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Pattern Overlay".

You may now click OK.
You should now have the below image.
Then select the "Elipse Tool" and draw a circle as illustrated using 6dad00 as the circle color. Name the circle layer "Circle Base".


Now right click the "Circle Base" layer in the layers palette and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Drop Shadow ".

Do not click "OK" as of yet. Still more to do.
Now click on "Inner Shadow".

Now click on "Bevel and Emboss".

Now click on "Gradient Overlay".

You may now click OK.
You should now have the below image.
Then select the "Elipse Tool" and draw two circles as illustrated using 6dad00 as the circle color. Be certain that these two layers are beneath the "Circle Base" layer in the Layers Palette.
Now right click on the two new circle layers in the layers palette and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Drop Shadow".

Now click on "Bevel and Emboss".

Now click on "Gradient Overlay".

You may now click OK.
You should now have the below image.
Next, "Ctrl" click both the circle layers to create a selection. To do this hold the "Shift" key in on your keyboard to get the second selection made. Now go to "Selection" then "Modify" then "Contract" by 2 pixels. Create a new layer then go to the main menu and select "Edit" then "Stroke". Choose black as the color, "Center" as the Location and 1 as the Width. Deselect the selection.
You should now have the below image.
Now right click the stroked layer in the layers palette and select, "Blending Options...".

Now click on "Outer Glow".

You may now click OK.
You should now have the below image.
Select the "Text Tool" and use the below settings:
Now type the letter "S". Be certain to drag this layer above all other layers in the Layers Palette.
Now right click the "S" text layer in the layers palette and select, "Blending Options...". Now click "Inner Shadow".

Now click on "Outer Glow".

Now click on "Bevel and Emboss".

You should now have the below image.
To give the "S" a rounded effect, first rasterize the "S" text layer. Then select the "Eliptical Marquee Tool" and create a couple ovals as I have done below and fill with White. To make multiple selections, hold in the "Shift" key on your keyboard. Then deselect the selection.
The Results!!!
I've added a glare, but other than that, this baby is done. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
