Valentine's Heart

We'll begin this tutorial by selecting the "Custom Shape Tool" and select the "Heart Card" shape found in the drop down in the option palette. Make sure the Foreground color is bb2525 and draw your shape.

Next, right click on the heart layer in the layers palette and select, "Blending Options...". Now click on "Drop Shadow". use settings at left Do not click OK yet... still more to do

Now click "Inner Shadow". use settings at left Do not click OK yet... still more to do

Now click "Outer Glow". use settings at left Do not click OK yet... still more to do

Now click "Inner Glow". use settings at left Do not click OK yet... still more to do

Now click "Gradient Overlay". use settings at left Do not click OK yet... still more to do

Use setting below for the above gradient and go to step 8.

Now click "Pattern Overlay". use settings at left You may now click "OK".

You should now have the following:
